Thursday 5/15/2025 We are continuing our soft opening of conference with our TED Talks starting @1000, 2 sessions 1000 - 1045 and 1100 - 1145. After lunch (not provided) finish the afternoon with Chief Rick Lasky's presentation of Pride and Ownership 1330 - 1700.
Thursday evening we will have a Beer Social @1730 American Legion 208 N. Wenatchee Ave (directly across from the Coast Hotel). Come meet the board and other fellow students.
Friday Opening Ceremonies Upper Ball Room @0800, classes commence immediately following. Vendor Show & Barbecue Friday 1730 -2130. Saturday 0830 classes start. Saturday night awards banquet upper ballroom: Social @1800 dinner 1900, then a Firefighters Ball immediately following. Sunday 0830 - 1200 General Session: All Full Conference Registrants are registered.
Refund Deadlines: 90 days Prior to conference = 100% refund 60 days prior to conference, = 60% refund 30 days prior to conference = No refund, may send alternate. All Classes may be subject to change. T-shirts are not guaranteed if registering after April 25th

We are excited to see you May 15th - 18th @ the Wenatchee Convention Center. Our theme this year is Western.
Come and circle the wagons with us this year as we kick off the conference on Thursday May 15th starting @1000 with TED Talks, followed by a presentation from Captain Mark VonAppen on "Fully Involved Leadership". A meet and greet will be held on Thursday evening 1730-2000 at the American Legion. Come meet the board and other fellow students where light hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
Friday is the official opening of the conference with our opening ceremonies commencing @0800, then released to head to class. Join us Friday evening @1730 for our Vendor show, and FREE beer…. Along with a Western themed BBQ provided by our very own David Neff. Saturday is a full day of classroom and hands on training from 0830 - 1700, you will then be released to get ready for our Awards Banquet, Social @1830 dinner to follow. Come meet, have some good food and celebrate those that will be receiving awards. With a Western theme, come dressed relaxed and ready to party.
Immediately after the banquet join us for a fun and exciting firefighters ball, have some drinks and cut loose, you deserve it. Sunday is the last day of the conference with a ½ day general session 0830-1200.
